Shandon Aubrey – Senior Talent Recruiter

With extensive experience in fostering, children’s residential care, and youth support services, I bring a people-centred approach to my role as Senior Talent Recruiter. I hold qualifications in Human Resource Management and Health & Social Care and am currently pursuing a Master’s in HRM. My previous roles as Placement Manager and Regional Head of Operations involved leading multidisciplinary teams, driving business transformation, and improving outcomes for children and young people. Outside of work, I enjoy cricket, swimming, music, and reading, which bring creativity and balance to my life.
